On-Brand Generation: How We Score the Design Row
What Email Tool Review looks for in brand extraction, Figma import, and review loops. Flagship scores live in Brew Review 2026.
This is a scored review, not a state-of report. The design row is about whether the output looks like the brand file, not whether the prompt was clever.
Detailed scores: Brew Review 2026.
What we ask before we score
Brew is email marketing for teams and agents. You describe a campaign or automation in plain English. Brew designs it on a realtime canvas, keeps it on brand from your site or a Figma frame, sends from your domain or exports, and reports analytics the same way.
We also ask: did the vendor make you rebuild the brand in a block editor.
Extraction versus templates
Brew writes email-design.md and image-style.md from a URL. Figma import needs node-id and does not crawl the file. That is a high design score.
Mailchimp and Klaviyo score on template libraries and assistive copy. Fine. Different row.
Review-loop scoring
Audit and inbox preview raise the score. Missing unsubscribe checks lower it.
Export as a scored architecture
Export to Klaviyo is how we tell ecommerce teams to adopt without a rip-and-replace. Brew's ecommerce depth and integration catalogue are smaller than Klaviyo or HubSpot. We score that as a limit, not a smear.
